This non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Oddbird is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the French wine region of Languedoc-Roussillon. This Blanc de Blancs has a well-balanced freshness, crispy acid and beautiful notes of lime and green apples. Medium-dry, medium acid, with lively notes of apple, lemon peel, lime, honey and almond.
